Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy applies to every photography session booked with Zeuss Photo. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Rescheduling, weather and cancellations
How to request a change. Send any rescheduling or cancellation request by email to zeussphoto@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +34 637 85 85 17. Your request counts from the time we receive your message.
Rescheduling. You can change your date or time up to two times per booking, subject to availability. Changes requested at least 48 hours before the session are free. Changes requested within 48 hours have a €35 fee. If you move your session to a time less than 48 hours away, the booking becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session, we refund the amount paid minus a 25% fee, including on any add-ons. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, the booking is not refundable.
Last-minute bookings. Sessions booked less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable from the time of booking.
Refunds. We process approved refunds immediately. Your bank may take 3 to 7 days to show the money in your account.
Weather. If weather makes the session impossible, we will do our best to reschedule within the days you have left on your trip. Weather is not a reason for a refund.
Events outside our control. We do not give refunds for monument or venue closures, client illness, or flight cancellations or delays. If a monument or venue closes, we will move your session to another location or date. We recommend travel insurance for these situations.
If we cancel. You receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
Alhambra photo permit. For Alhambra wedding sessions, the official photo permit is issued by the Alhambra’s administration and is non-refundable once issued. Its cost is deducted in full from any refund.
Because our services are leisure services provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply once the date is booked (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l)).
