What we collect
Booking data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, billing address, session city, date, time, group size, where you are staying, transport details and any notes you share (for example, proposal plans).
Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Squarespace Commerce and Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or our forms.
Photos: the images we create during your session.
Website usage data: with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and legal basis
To provide and plan your session and deliver your photos (performance of a contract).
To answer enquiries and quotes (steps before a contract / legitimate interest).
To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
To measure our website and advertising, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement (consent).
To show a few session photos on our website and social media (legitimate interest; you can object at any time).
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the service: Squarespace (website, forms, store), Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics, Ads, email), Meta (WhatsApp) and our photo-gallery host. The photographer assigned to your session receives the details needed to carry it out. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records: as long as required by tax law. Enquiries that don’t become bookings: up to 12 months. Session photos: we keep a backup for at least 12 months after delivery.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hlpuig@gmail.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
