Terms of Service

These terms apply to every photography session booked with Zeuss Photo through this website, WhatsApp, email or any partner platform. By booking you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Services and prices

We offer proposal, engagement, wedding-attire and travel photography sessions in Spain. Package contents, durations and prices are described on the relevant product page and on our pricing page. Prices are in euros. Each package states a minimum number of edited photos, based on at least 100 photos per hour of coverage (50 for a 30-minute session). Most sessions deliver far more, and around 250 photos for a one-hour shoot is typical, but the final number depends on the location, light and conditions of each session. We deliver every image that meets our quality standard.

3. Booking and payment

Payment in full is required at booking and secures your date and time exclusively for you. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. No photos are delivered until all amounts due are paid.

4. Add-ons and fees

  • 24-hour express delivery: +€45 (travel photoshoots) or +€60 (proposals and Alhambra sessions).

  • Short-notice booking (session within 24 hours of booking): +€30 (travel photoshoots) or +€50 (proposals and Alhambra sessions).

  • Transportation fees may apply depending on the final location. Any fee is confirmed with you before the session and paid after it through a payment link.

  • Monument entrance tickets, parking and similar costs are not included unless the package says so.

  • Advanced retouching is quoted separately, from €12 per photo.

  • Cinematic video (Classic Session or Guided Proposal): +€120. Full-resolution JPG files: €5 per photo.

5. On the day

Sessions start at the booked time. A delay of up to 15 minutes is understandable; after 15 minutes without contact the session may be cancelled and the amount forfeited. Extra time can be added on the spot if the photographer is available and is charged at the current rate. For sessions longer than 5 hours, the photographer takes a 1-hour break.

6. Rescheduling, weather and cancellations

  • You can change the date or time free of charge up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are refunded minus a 25% fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not refundable.

  • If weather makes the session impossible, we reschedule to a date that works for both of us. Weather is not a reason for a refund.

  • If we have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.

Alhambra photo permit. For Alhambra wedding sessions, the official photo permit is issued by the Alhambra’s administration and is non-refundable once issued. If you cancel after the permit has been issued, its cost cannot be refunded.

Because our services are leisure services provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply once the date is booked (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l)).

7. Money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your delivered photos, tell us and we will refund the price of the session in full, with no questions and no conditions. This guarantee covers the quality of the photos delivered and is separate from the cancellation rules above.

8. Delivery

Edited photos are delivered within 48 hours (24 hours with express delivery) through a private online gallery as high-resolution JPG files of 2,600 px on the longest side. This is a professional final-file resolution, suitable for screens, social media, websites and prints up to about 20 × 30 cm (8 × 12 in). Full-resolution JPG files can be requested for an extra €5 per photo.

RAW files. RAW files are the camera’s unprocessed working files. They are part of our editing process and are never delivered, under any circumstances.

Cinematic video. When cinematic video is included or added (+€120 for the Classic Session or Guided Proposal), we record the session in professional 4K and deliver an edited highlight video of the proposal and the moments after, approximately 1 to 2 minutes long. Original video clips are sent free of charge on request.

Video music. The music used in the video is royalty-free, public-use music with no copyright restrictions, chosen by us as a reference for the edit. Our music library is limited. You are free to replace it with any music you prefer when you publish the video yourself.

Video edits. Up to two small edit changes are included after delivery. Any further changes or re-edits are charged at €50 per change.

9. Copyright and use of images

Zeuss Photo keeps the copyright of all images. You receive a perpetual personal licence to print and share your photos anywhere. We may use selected images to promote our services unless you ask us not to, before or after the session.

10. Liability

We take great care of your images and back them up. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not responsible for access restrictions, closures or rules set by monuments, venues or authorities.

11. Taxes

Prices include any taxes we are required to charge. If a tax applies to your booking it will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where the services are performed. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
